Latrell's Tasty Pico de Gallo

What's the difference between salsa and pico de gallo? Pico is an uncooked topping and salsa is cooked. This quick and easy verson will be a great addition to any meal!


Ingredients

3 medium roma tomatoes seeded and diced

1 tablespoon finely minced onion


1/2 jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely minced (optional)

1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped

4 Tbsp lime juice

salt to taste


Directions

Combine all ingredients. Cover and let sit for 15 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
