Latrell’s Grilled Salmon with Mustard Glaze
Ingredients
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 stick of butter
1/4 cup whole-grain mustard
1 1/2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
1/4 cup brown sugar
salmon fillet, skin on (if possible)
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions
Step 1
Melt butter then add mayonnaise, mustard, dill, lime juice and brown sugar mix together well.
Step 2
Lightly brush the grill grate with oil.
Step 3
Brush the skin side of the salmon with the olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Place the fillet on the grill, skin side down, and spread the brush glaze over the fish. Cook over medium heat on a grill until the glaze is golden and the fish almost firm.
Step 4
Remove from grill and cover will foil until ready to serve.
